SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is 5,50m long and 3,5m wide with a depth of 1,20m. It is secured by an alarm.

SITUATION - PROPERTY
This small house, renovated in June 2021, is built on a 1000m2 plot of land. It offers an exceptional setting on the banks of the river Reppe.

North of Ollioules, a typical medieval and Provencal village, at the entrance of the gorges.

BEACH
The beaches of Portissol and Bonnegrâce are 16 and 17 minutes away by car.

The Bonnefont bus stop is 280m away and is served by the 11B line which links Ollioules to the centre of Toulon via Toulon Ouest; the 12 line which leaves Toulon Ouest and passes through Ollioules, the commercial zone of La Seyne and goes as far as the port of La Seyne; and the 120 line which links the Ollioules station to that of La Seyne-Six-Fours.

The villa was clean and well equipped. We had such an amazing stay. Sabah who checked us in and was on hand for any questions was so lovely and helpful. The only negative was that you're next to a busy road, which can be noisy at times but it didn't put us off. We'd love to come back next year.

Wir kommen normalerweise mit vielen Umständen zurecht, hier war jedoch ein permanent sehr hoher Lärmpegel, da die Wohnung direkt an der Strasse liegt. Die Ausgangsposition für Unternehmungen ist super, das Örtchen fussläufig zu erreichen und ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan, leider nur über besagte Strasse ohne Bürgersteig zu erreichen. Die Aussenküche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch gibt es alles, was man braucht und es ist sehr schön, dort abends zu sitzen und auf die beleuchtete Burgruine zu schauen. Achtung, nicht auf dem Parkplatz neben dem Haus parken, uns wurde direkt am ersten Abend ein Reifen zerstochen.

Notre séjour à Ollioules maison Martinez-Gorges

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ma femme et ma fille sommes très contents. L’équipe est conviviale et disponible et la maison ne manque pas d’équipement. Le village est à cinq minutes à pied de la maison où il sympa boire un verre le soir en terrasse. A trois nous avons apprécié séjourner dans la maison.

N’y mettez jamais les pieds!

Positive: les photos de l’annonce Negative: Le trou de 3m de profondeur present sur la terrasse dans lequel enfants et adultes peuvent tomber, pas d'eau potable, juste des pack d'eau, pas d'eau chaude, piscine sale, plancher autour de la piscine qui se soulève quand on pose le pied dessus, voisins très bruyant, chambre accessible uniquement par l'extérieur de la maison, une seule chambre et non pas 2, divan lit inapproprié et draps inadaptés pour couvrir celui-ci... avec tout ça dodo et tartine m'a répondu que " ce n'est pas des raisons valables pour quitter un logement" booking ne veut rien rembourser et se dédouane totalement et dodo et tartine nous a remboursé 50% du séjour. Annonce clairement mensongère et logement plein de vices cachés. Un conseil passez votre chemin!
