This flat is located on the 4th floor (no lift) of a 5-storey 1900 building near the Place d'Armes.
// The neighbourhood //
Close to the Port of Toulon, between the pier and the train station, the location is central, the area is very pleasant and practical. Very lively on the evenings of RCT rugby matches around the stadium which is just a stone's throw away. You are right in the city centre. The Mourillon beaches are 10min away by bus. The Mayol Shopping Centre is just next door. The location is ideal.

Many amenities nearby: supermarket, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, snack bar, hairdresser, butcher's shop, Provencal market on Cours Lafayette (every morning except Monday), clothes shop, shopping centre, discotheque, port, Musée de la Marine, art gallery... There is a wide choice and everything is within walking distance. You can get to Corsica and Porquerolles by taking the boat directly!

Excellent séjour un emplacement ideal

Un emplacement idéal pour passer un très bon séjour toutes est a côté plage accès rapide le port est a 5min , par contre le seule bémol c'est les escaliers nous avec les valises et la petite on a eu du mal à monter et descendre tous les jours je trouve ça dommage pour l'appart merci

sympathique au centre ville

Appartement sympathique spacieux pour un couple au 4 étage ( attention aux bagages lourdes) ca peut poser problème... un peu bruitant les week-end car des concerts au bar du coin s'y déroulent... ils acceptent les animaux ce qui est un plus ! Communication facile.
