In the Barentine de Toulon-Est area, between the city centre and the Serinette district, the district is very convenient with its many amenities and easy access to the communication route. The city centre and the beaches (Anse Magot) are accessible by car in less than 10 minutes.

Many amenities nearby: supermarket, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries...
5 min by car, in the Mourillon district: many restaurants, bars, discos, Provençal market (every morning except Monday). Night markets and entertainment on the beaches of Le Mourillon during the summer.

PARKING AND TRANSPORT
A parking space is provided for accommodation inside the residence. Free parking spaces are available on adjacent streets. It is very easy to find places. Several bus lines serve the Touraine stop 50 metres away, including line 9 from the station.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 5-storey building. Accessible by elevator and stairs, it is not suitable for people with disabilities.
BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Bed linen and hotel quality towels are provided at no extra cost by Dodo et Tartine.
Bath towels are not beach towels. So you have to plan for them.
A universal product based on Marseille soap and lavender essential oil, developed by Dodo et Tartine, which can be used as a shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, detergent and multi-purpose cleaner.
A sponge, bin bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
Dodo et Tartine uses an ecological detergent based on Marseille soap without preservatives, synthetic agents, perfumes, colourings, sulphates and palm oil. Biodegradable in 28 days. In addition, Dodo et Tartine uses reusable bottles made of recycled plastic in order to produce no waste (zero waste objective).

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement Les points positifs : Position près d'un accès autoroute pour rayonner autour de Toulon Vue élevée sur des zones de verdure coté jardin Appartement bien disposé et bien équipé ( sauf matériel de cuisine qui pourrait être renforcé ) extrêmement lumineux Accueil prise des lieux et des clés agréable; pas l'impression d'être " expéditif " comme parfois et bon suivi administratif Zone de balade verte en bas de l'immeuble ( piste cyclable + chemin piétonnier le long d'un ruisseau ) Parking dans résidence aisé sauf tard le soir ( places non réservées ) mais on trouve dans l'impasse d'accès . A améliorer Avec la proximité de la voie rapide et grâce aux doubles parois en double vitrage ( balcon complètement vitré ) les pièces de vie et la chambre coté jardin sont complètement silencieuses. La chambre côté route l'est moins: dormeurs légers prévoir boules Quies ou bien le propriétaire pourrait rajouter une deuxième fenêtre coulissante en double vitrage entre la fenêtre et le volet roulant de la chambre pour étouffer complètement la rumeur automobile. Nous recommandons cette location.March 2020
