All the spaces are entirely private. The house is not air-conditioned but very well insulated. It is adjacent to the Bois de Courbebaisse. The setting is particularly romantic, calm and restful. Take the wood to go directly to the beach.

This house is located in a very pleasant subdivision. The house is secured with an electric gate. A gate in the garden gives access to the wood and to various paths leading to the town centre, to the Bonnettes beach and to the Monaco beach.
// The area //
Close to the centre of Le Pradet and the beach, the neighbourhood is residential and pleasant, between the sea and the pine forest. The beach and the town centre are easily accessible on foot. The location is ideal.

Nearby: cinema, theatre, petrol station, garden.
Within 5 minutes' walk: supermarket, market, restaurants, market (every Friday), bank, bakery, tobacconist's, newspaper shop, wooded park, petanque court, library. Night markets and entertainment in the town centre during the summer.
5 minutes by car: beaches, karaoke, bar, port...

5 minutes by foot: many pleasant walks along the coast and in the pine forest, boat hire, diving club, petanque ground, sailing club, kayaking, Mine Museum...
PARKING AND TRANSPORT
2 parking spaces inside the property and 2 outside.
Bus lines 91, 23, 39, 92 serve the Bellevue bus stop which is a 5 minute walk away. These lines allow you to go to La Garde, Hyères and Toulon without connecting.
Wheelchair access is possible. However, there are a few steps to get into the house. The bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor have easy access. However, the house does not comply with PRM standards.
BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Linen is provided, you don't have to bring any sheets or towels. The bath sheets are not beach towels. You must therefore provide them.
A sponge, bin liners, household products, hand soap and toilet rolls.

The television provides a beautiful 40 inch Full HD picture. All TNT channels are available via the FreeBox. Also a television in the kitchen and in 2 of the 5 bedrooms.

There is plenty of storage space in all the rooms: shelves, chests of drawers, wardrobes etc... A hoover, a washing machine and fans are also available.

Arrival and departure between midnight and 7am possible with a supplement of 99€.
The owner of this accommodation as well as Dodo and Tartine have given you their trust, in return you are required to respect certain rules. By confirming your reservation, you accept our conditions:
No smoking, no parties.
In the event of a party or smoking inside, the entire deposit will be retained.
Even if cleaning is included in the price, you are requested to return the flat in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning time will be charged to you.
You are also requested to indicate the exact number of people who will be staying in the flat.
The house rules are also posted on the wall in English and French.
Your pet is allowed in this accommodation.
There is an additional charge for this:
