All the spaces are private, including the garden. An above ground swimming pool is available. Two single beds can be used and arranged in the living room. A total of 8 people can stay comfortably.

The district is one of the most popular in Hyères, near the city centre. The landscape is wooded and calm. Discover the unmissable charm of the centre of Hyères. The accommodation is less than 10 minutes walk from Place Clemenceau and all amenities. The accommodation has the advantage of being close to the centre, while being quiet. The situation is ideal.

Very close: many restaurants, bars, mini-markets, supermarkets, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, many restaurants, caterer, fish shop, farmers' market (every Tuesday and Saturday morning) Provencal market (every Saturday morning). PARKING AND TRANSPORT
A free parking space inside the residence and an individual garage are available for travellers.
Very close: bus lines 103, 64 and 69 serve the stops Chateaubriand and XVe Corps. They allow you to get to the station, the airport and everywhere in Hyères, Giens (for Porquerolles), Le Pradet, Carqueiranne and Toulon. We strongly recommend that you use the bus to get to Porquerolles in high season.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building. Wheelchairs will not be able to access the apartment.
BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Household linen (towels and sheets) is provided, you do not have any sheets to take with you. However, beach towels are required. We are particularly fussy about the quality of the bedding.

The mattresses are new and of superior quality. All mattresses are covered with protective covers in addition to their fitted sheets.

The 40-inch television provides access to DTT terrestrial channels.

DECLARATION AT THE TOWN HALL
Main residence not subject to the obligation to declare at the town hall since it is rented less than 120 days a year
Amount: €1.38 per adult, per night, payable on arrival by credit card
No tax is required for Airbnb bookings since it is already collected by Airbnb
Exempt children and residents of the municipality exempted on presentation of a copy of the housing tax for the current year
Principal residence not subject to the obligation to declare an activity since it is rented less than 120 days a year

Nous sommes un petit peu déçus pour la location en raison de : l'annonce disait 3 chambres mais il n'y a qu'en réalité 2 chambres ce qui entraine un difficulté d'hébergement car pour 8 adultes avec2 salle de bain et 2 chambres et 4 personnes dans le séjour cela reste un peu juste.August 2019
